Project Progress Update
Inverters identified in 9 building are slated for like-in-kind replacement. The scope for this project includes remove existing inverters, including batteries. The work will remove and replace lighting control inverters at Buildings J, P-1, K-2, G-4, H, N, S-6, G-3, and C-2 at Miramar College campus.
Upcoming Milestones:
- Contractor Bids Due: Tuesday, February 17, 2026 by 2pm via Planet Bids.
- Contractor Bid Award to Ready Electric: Thursday, March 12, 2026.
- Construction kickoff scheduled: Friday, March 27, 2026.
- Construction completion expected late Q3/Q4 2026.
Project Features
Lighting Inverters Replacement:
- Inverters identified in 9 building structures are slated to be replaced like-in-kind.
- The contractor shall remove existing inverters as part of their scope of work, including associated batteries.
- The contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to remove and replace nine (9) lighting control inverters at the following buildings: J, P-1, K-2, G-4, H, N, S-6, G-3, and C-2.
